LAW ENFORCEMENT TERMS- Net 30 / CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED
Excise tax exception certificate must be filled out and sent with agency purchase order or department letterhead stationery order signed by an authorized purchasing agent. U.S. Federal agencies outside the Department of Defense are not exempt from excise tax. Agencies may fax in the purchase order, however an original excise tax exempt certificate must be on file. All exemption certificates are valid for three years from the date signed. Federal Agencies or any non tax exempt agency must add 11% Excise Tax to prices in this catalog.
FREIGHT PAID POLICY
Freight is paid on all ammunition shipped to agencies in the continental United States. Agencies outside the continental United States must arrange for delivery of their ammunition from their choice of point in the continental United States to their final destination. We unconditionally guarantee everything we sell. If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, we will pay return freight and issue a refund. This is your assurance of top-quality from Ultramax Ammunition.
AMMUNITION RETURNS
All ammunition returns must have written approval prior to being returned. Ammunition must be in factory sealed cases. All returned ammunition is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Ammunition with a shipping date over two years will not be approved for return.
LIABILITY INSURANCE
For your protection, Ultramax Ammunition has $1,000,000 product liability insurance for each occurrence of bodily injury or property damage. You cannot afford to be without this protection.

MINIMUM ORDER - $100 MINIMUM ORDER
A $7.50 small order fee will be charged for orders under $100.00.
BROKEN CASE CHARGE
All orders for less than full case lots are subject to a shipping and handling fee of $1.00 per box with the exception of slugs or buckshot packaged in 5 round boxes.The fee will be .25 per box.
SPECIAL ORDERS
If you want to order any product you do not see listed in our catalog, just ask and we will order it for you. Full case quantities only on special orders.
FIRED BRASS EXCHANGE
We will take your fired brass in on trade toward the purchase of any Ultramax Ammunition. We also buy large quantities of fired brass, then we can credit your
account for your next purchase.
SORTING BRASS
We will sort your mixed brass for you. We make it easy! Simply sweep up your fired brass, remove the garbage and powder from the brass, pack it in boxes and
you�re set.
RETURNING BRASS
Returning Fired Brass - Cartridges must be taken out of 50 round containers and trays and packed loose in sturdy bulk containers for shipping. Boxes may weigh
up to 60 pounds. Pack the brass full in the box with no packing materials. All brass is subject to our count through an automated case inspector. Non-reloadable
brass and brass shortages will be replaced at current market rates. Brass overages will be credited to the customers' account. Generally 3% of all returned fired
brass will be non-reloadable, please keep this in mind when placing orders at exchange prices. We will pay shipping on 100 pounds or more. We must make shipping
arrangements. All we will need to know is the total number of packages you plan to ship and a total weight. Agencies may send smaller quantities to qualify for the
brass exchange pricing at their own expense. Call for details.
Aluminum cartridges and Berdan Primed cartridges are NOT ACCEPTABLE.
ACCEPTED BRASS
We load customer cartridges in 9 mm, 38 SPL, 357 Mag, 357 Sig, 40 S&W, 10 mm and 45 ACP only. All cartridges are inspected on fully automatic equipment
for cracks and flaws and cleaned to look like new.
